Customized / Made-to-Order Products – Return Policy

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each customized piece is created specifically based on the customer’s selected size, design, and preferences. Since these items are uniquely made for you, they cannot be resold or reused.

Producing custom garments responsibly is important to us, and returning such items often leads to unnecessary waste. We appreciate your understanding.


Alteration Issues?

If you’re facing any fit or alteration-related issues, there’s no need to worry.

  • Shipping costs for alterations are paid by the customer.
